The A-Frame, built in 1969, has one bedroom downstairs with a double bed and an upstairs bedroom with a double and single bed. A third bedroom has been added with a deck towards the lake.
The lake is stocked with Bass, Bluegill, Crappie and Northern Pike. The record pike caught was 37 inches and bass have been taken up to 21 inches.

The cottages are over 600 feet apart, set amid the pine and maples that line the shore. Both cottages have an open ceiling above the living area with glass doors opening onto a large deck for outdoor cooking and relaxation.
